The Tallman Hotel is a beautifully restored 1890’s boutique hotel located in the heart of the newly-emerging wine region in Northern California’s Lake County.  The Tallman’s new Aviator Package offers visitors the opportunity to experience the extraordinary thrill of flying in a fully-restored, open cockpit World War II Stearman Bi-Plane.  Guests will soar over spectacular Lake County, passing Mt. Konocti, the extinct volcano that created Clearlake, California’s largest natural lake, and dipping over acres of vineyards and orchards backlit by a morning sunrise or evening sunset.  A truly unforgettable adventure!

Upon landing, guests will receive a complimentary souvenir photograph of themselves with this magnificent airplane, one of only a hundred left in the United States. After their exciting flight, they’ll return to the Tallman for a luxurious night in one of their historic hotel rooms, where they can relax in a clawfoot bath tub built for two.  

The Wine Valley Inn & Cottages is located in the picturesque Danish village of Solvang, close to more than 40 wineries & vineyards of the acclaimed Santa Ynez Valley region of Santa Barbara county. With the Wine Valley Inn’s Glider Package, visitors can now experience the excitement and serene beauty of flying in a Windhaven Glider while enjoying the unparallel beauty of the Santa Ynez Valley. Silently soar over world-class vineyards or enjoy Cachuma Lake, nestled in the middle of three mountainous national forests creating a shadowed sunset.

The Tallman Hotel is one of the prestigious properties managed by the Broughton Hospitality Group.
